Our COP26 Events

Join the African Climate Foundation (ACF) at the COP26 South African Pavilion for an exciting line up of hybrid (virtual and in-person) side events with our strategic patterns.

The ACF is one of the official proud sponsors of the COP26 South African pavilion. Our rationale for supporting this platform is to ensure diverse participation by civil society and other non-state actors to raise African voices and ensure a strong civil society presence at the government pavilion. We value the importance of these pavilions at the COP and see it as a crucial avenue for South Africa and the African continent to be heard, including amplifying cross-sectoral perspectives beyond industry players.

Our approach is to build thought leadership and support, through our grant making, interventions at the nexus of climate change and development that have the greatest potential to deliver long-term socio-economic transformation and inclusive development.
