Bongi has over a decade of experience in the NPO sector. Throughout the years she has developed a comprehensive skill set that includes program and project coordination, management, relationship building, stakeholder management, and communication. 

 She holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Cape Town and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in Philanthropy and Resource Mobilisation from Wits Business School.
