Lindela holds a Bachelor of Arts Honour’s degree in Development Studies from Nelson Mandela University. She has five years of experience working in grant-making and project management. Before joining the African Climate Foundation in 2023 as the Grants Officer, Lindela worked in grants and contract management for a donor-funded climate adaptation programme in Southern Africa.
